In addition to crafting a new brand and positioning, Clout was also tasked with the end-to-end development of communications, digital and support to launch the new look into a competitive market across their Victorian and Western Australian facilities.

Rebrand and relaunch the CraigCare brand in a competitive market.
Creative and strategic cut-through was imperative for this brand. Clout worked closely with the CraigCare team to refresh the brand to reflect a new focus; Local. Care. Community. This simple approach shone through in a warm, appealing design, which would resonate with staff, suppliers, families and residents. The brand had impact and a strong, unique look. A robust range of material was provided including; style guide, signage, 2 x websites, marketing collateral and an always on marketing approach spanning social media, search and content helping to launch this brand into the marketplace to drive maximum awareness and enquiry. Clout soon after also helped to launch CraigCare's new Ascot Waters facility which involved a robust advertising schedule including supporting marketing automation to maximise lead engagement.
